Vanessa Lee Rubin (She/Her/Hers, They/Them/Theirs)
Vanessa grew up in Stockton, California with their immigrant mother, war veteran father, two older siblings, and a large, tight-knit extended family.
Vanessa is a purpose-driven strategic coach and consultant who helps clients break the chains of systems of oppression such as racism, misogyny, and especially limiting core beliefs.
With more than 25 years of experience working in nonprofits organizations, for-profit companies, and educational institutions, such as Steven Spielberg’s Shoah Foundation, NBC Studios, and University of Southern California, as well as many small startups, Vanessa brings a unique, broad perspective to the table and a passion for building strong partnerships.
Vanessa’s goal is to help clients, and those they meet, to take action to cultivate personal power, live with dignity, and create a legacy of service. Vanessa is fearless in advocating for their clients’ and community’s wellbeing.
When they aren’t working, Vanessa loves food (eating and preparing), spending time with their husband and twin 8-year-olds, and relaxing on a sandy beach.
Let me know who you are and what's going on so that I know how to best support you.
